The Senior Executive Conference will run as part of the Travel Technology Europe, Europe’s leading exhibition dedicated to providing innovative and integral technology solutions to decision makers in the travel industry.

We have designed the Conference schedule with your diary in mind, by providing you with the freedom to book appointments during the afternoon.

The Conference times are:
9th February, 11:00 to 15:00
10th February, 9:00 to 13:00

Reservation

To secure your seat at the Conference, please register online and pay the reservation fee of £400. Reserve your place before 18th December 2009 to save £50.

Accommodation

Once you have registered, we will be in touch to organise your stay at the Hilton Kensington. Your stay the night of 9th February will be complimentary with your registration. Should you have any questions regarding your hotel accommodations, please contact us at +44 020 7970 6554.

Transportation

Dedicated transportation will be provided to carry you to and from the conference the evening of 9th February and the morning of 10th February.
